Health and wellness education sessions address topics relevant to aging and disease management. Seminars might cover topics such as heart disease prevention, diabetes management, arthritis care, hearing and vision changes, medication management, or caregiver support. While educational in nature, these sessions help participants understand conditions and make informed decisions about their own health.
Arts appreciation and culture classes explore subjects such as history, literature, theater, film, or world cultures. Discussion groups focused on books, current events, or specific historical periods create intellectual engagement and conversation.
